1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and 44pak (the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing all access to and use of the 44pak website located at https://44pak.cam and all associated services, products, features and content offered thereon.

44pak operates as an English-language online betting and casino information platform principally targeting users in Pakistan, including cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. All content and services are provided in English.

By accessing, browsing or using any part of the 44pak platform — whether or not you have registered an account — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

2 Definitions

Unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 44pak, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or meet the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to verify this independently.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent or contractor of 44pak or any associated entity, nor a close family member of such a person.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded from 44pak or any affiliated platform, unless such self-exclusion has formally expired in accordance with its terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not hold more than one active account on the platform. Duplicate accounts may be suspended without notice and balances may be voided.

4 Account Registration

When registering an account, you must provide your full legal name, a valid email address, a contact telephone number and any other information reasonably requested during the registration process. You warrant that all information supplied is truthful and accurate.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. 44pak will never ask for your full password via any communication channel. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be attributed to you regardless of whether it was conducted by you personally.

In the event of suspected or confirmed unauthorised account access, you must notify our support team immediately via the email address provided in Section 16 of these Terms. 44pak accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access attributable to a User's failure to safeguard their credentials.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the cashier terms published on the platform at the time of the transaction. Minimum and maximum transaction limits, processing times and available payment methods are detailed within the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method or account status.

Payment methods available at any given time are determined by the operator and may change without prior notice. References to payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on this platform are made as familiar local context only. They do not constitute a guarantee that any such provider supports transactions on this platform, nor do they imply endorsement of gambling services by those providers.

44pak operates a same-method withdrawal policy where practicable: funds will be returned to the payment method used for the original deposit. You may be required to complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawal requests submitted without completing KYC may be delayed or refused until verification is satisfactorily completed.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

44pak may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers and other incentives (collectively, "Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the Promotions page at the time of the offer.

The following general principles apply to all Promotions unless individual promotional terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: A maximum stake per bet may apply while bonus funds are active. Placing bets exceeding this limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward rollover completion. Contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms. Casino slots typically contribute at a higher rate than live table games or sports bets.
• Bonus Expiry: Uncompleted wagering requirements may cause a bonus to expire after a defined period. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum Cash-out: Winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum cash-out cap. Amounts exceeding this cap may be removed from the balance upon withdrawal.
• One Bonus Per User: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each User is entitled to claim a specific promotion once only. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 44pak platform are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or casino game as published by the operator. By placing a bet, you accept those rules in full.

Key general betting principles include the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet slip cannot be amended or cancelled after confirmation except where the operator's specific rules permit early cash-out or bet cancellation.
• In the event of a system error or technical malfunction that affects the integrity of a market, 44pak reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to User accounts.
• Markets on cricket events — including Pakistan cricket, PSL, T20 and ICC tournaments — are governed by the relevant event rules. References to these competitions are for sports context only and do not imply any official partnership with PCB, PSL, ICC or any affiliated team.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension at any time without prior notice during events. 44pak accepts no liability for bets prevented from placement due to market suspension.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets. These limits are displayed on the bet slip and may vary by event, market type or user-account tier.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 44pak platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the platform, exploit bonuses or manipulate betting markets.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, arbitrage betting or any form of fraudulent wagering activity.
• Using the platform for any money-laundering activity or in connection with the proceeds of any criminal offence.
• Attempting to access another User's account or harvest account information belonging to other Users.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location or any other information provided during registration or verification.
• Exploiting errors, bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform's systems for personal financial gain.
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits that have been wagered on the platform.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 44pak platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software and the overall design and arrangement of such content — is the property of 44pak or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform and its content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any content from the platform without prior written consent from 44pak.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 44pak expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

44pak shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions or system failures.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data

Your use of the 44pak platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of this agreement. The Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, process, store and share your personal data and the rights you hold in relation to that data.

By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data in the manner described therein.

12 Responsible Gambling

44pak is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care seriously. Gambling should be an entertaining activity — not a source of financial harm or emotional distress.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory review period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations with automatic logout upon expiry.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a short defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion is immediate and irrevocable for its active duration.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

44pak reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close a User account at any time if, in its sole reasonable judgment, any of the following circumstances apply:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The User has provided false or inaccurate information during registration or verification.
• The User's account is associated with suspicious, fraudulent or unlawful activity.
• The User has requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period.
• Regulatory or compliance obligations require it.

Upon account closure following a breach by the User, 44pak reserves the right to void open bets, forfeit bonus funds and withhold balances pending investigation. Real-money balances that are confirmed as legitimately acquired may be returned to the User following the resolution of any investigation, subject to compliance requirements.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact our support team via the email address in Section 16.

14 Amendments to These Terms

44pak reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page, accompanied by the effective date of the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users through a notice displayed on the platform or via email.

Your continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and contact us to arrange closure of your account.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits statutory rights you may hold under the laws of your own jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform, you should contact 44pak's customer support team in the first instance to attempt resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable timeframe, it shall be referred to the dispute-resolution mechanism specified by the operator's licensing authority.
